Move-In/Move Out, Deep Cleaning & Post Renovation

Cleaning is removing dust and dirt from surfaces, such as floors and countertops.  Sweep, vacuum, dust, and/or mop areas before sanitizing.

These cleanings includes additional tasks such as in cleaning of baseboards, outside cabinets, countertops, living room, interior/exterior fridge cleaning, microwave, stove, bathrooms, bedrooms, fans, sweep and mop.

KITCHEN

• Clean inside and outside of all appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher)
• Wipe down countertops, cabinets and drawers, inside and out
• Scrub the sink and faucet, dry and polish
• Clean the inside and outside of the trash cans, if any
• Clean the stove burners and grates
• Sweep and mop the floor

BATHROOM

• Scrub and disinfect the toilet, bathtub, shower/tub and sink
• Clean mirrors and any glass surfaces
• Wipe down countertops and cabinets, inside and out
• Clean light fixtures
• Sweep and mop floor

BEDROOM AND LIVING AREAS

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including light fixtures and ceiling fans
• Clean baseboards
• Vacuum or sweep and mop floors

GENERAL

• Clean windows, window sills, frames and blinds
• Dust and clean baseboards and corners of walls
• Clean light switches and doorknobs
• Wipe all doors
• Empty and clean all cabinets and drawers
• Vaccuum and mop all floors
• Clean air vents
• Remove any cobwebs from corners and ceilings

EXTRAS

• Clean the inside and outside of the main door
• Sweep balcony/patio
• Sweep garage and storage areas
• Notify managers of any noticed damages/fixes

BATHROOMS

• Clean toilet & sink & shower
• Take out trash
• Clean mirror
• Stock toiletry & hand soap
• Stock shampoo, conditioner & bodywash
• Sweep and mop floor

LAUNDRY

• Laundry Services
• Please fill out inventory check-list, initial and send pic to host before leaving
• Wash all towels
• Wash all bedding
• Fold & Put everything away

PATIO

• Make sure there is no trash
• Organize patio furniture properly

EXTRA

• All handles, light switches, faucets are sanitized and cleaned
• Make sure everything is stocked
• Turn off all lights
• Check for anything broken, missing, stained & notify host immediately
• Organize cleaning supplies area/closet
• Fill up everything and notify host when items need to be ordered
