Welcome to MRD Cleaning Services LLC. By using our website or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms:

1. Services

We offer professional cleaning for homes, apartments, vacation rentals, Airbnbs, and businesses. All services depend on our availability and can be customized for your needs.

2. Scheduling, Confirmation & Arrival

  • Appointments are scheduled for your chosen date and time.
  • We send a confirmation email or text when your booking is secured.
  • Our team arrives within a 30-minute window to allow for traffic or other jobs.
  • We’ll notify you if we expect any big delays.

3. Access to Property

  • You must make sure we can get inside your property at the scheduled time (key, code, or someone there).
  • Please put away clutter and clear surfaces so we can clean well.
  • If our team cannot enter, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due at the end of your cleaning unless you made other plans with us before.
  • We accept Venmo, Zelle, credit card, and Apple Pay.
  • A $25 late fee may be charged if payment is more than 7 days late.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice may mean a $50 fee if your cleaner is already on the way or has arrived.
  • Repeated cancellations may mean we cannot serve you in the future.

6. Quotes & Extra Charges

  • Quotes are based on the info you provide.
  • If your home needs extra time for cleaning (more dirt, clutter, or special conditions), we’ll let you know before charging more.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll come back and fix it for free.

8. Damage & Liability

  • We take care with your property, but please report any damage within 24 hours.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of cleaning or repair.

9. Supplies & Equipment

  • We bring our own cleaning supplies and tools.
  • If you want us to use your products, let us know and have them ready for us.

10. Pets

  • Please keep pets secure during the cleaning for everyone’s safety.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms as needed.
  • By using our services, you accept the updated terms.
