Welcome to MRD Cleaning Services LLC. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

MRD Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services are based on the scope of work discussed and confirmed prior to the appointment.

2. Pricing

• All pricing is based on the initial scope of work and property condition.
• Pricing may be subject to change if additional services, excessive buildup, or differences in condition are identified.
• Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

3. Booking & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept approved payment methods including electronic payments and credit/debit cards.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• A cancellation fee may apply if notice is not provided or if the team is already en route.

6. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

7. Condition of Property

• Clients are encouraged to remove clutter prior to service to allow efficient cleaning.
• Heavy buildup, excessive dirt, or hazardous conditions may require additional time and cost.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will review and address concerns accordingly.

9. Liability

MRD Cleaning Services is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service.

10. Safety

For safety reasons, our team will not perform services in hazardous environments or where conditions may pose a risk.

11. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit MRD Cleaning Services staff outside of the company.

12. Photos & Quality Control

We may take before and after photos for quality control and documentation purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

MRD Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
